This is the second time we have used Advanced Home Improvements for some renovations and it has turned out better then we had hoped for. Shane and the guys on site kept everything moving along during the construction of our renovations. We had some challenges along the way but Shane worked tiredlessly and gave us a much improved home. We could not fault anything in the quality and work we have received. A very big thank you from Lisa and Sasha for all your effort in getting our place finished. If only more businesses took that much pride in what they do and give.

We would like to say what great professional and friendly service we received from all staff from Advanced Home Improvements. From the beginning our ideas were discussed and great advice given.
We were even able to alter some decisions we had made earlier on that we decided were not what we wanted for the final result.
We have had a few “tradies” around since the back deck has been completed and they have all commented on how professional the work is and what a great result to have.
Very very happy with the final result. Thanks again for being a pleasure to have had work here.

We can’t really put into words how thrilled we were with the work that Shane and Staff have done. They have kept us informed throughout and always let us know if they were going to be late or something has changed. I have never dealt with any business that would keep in touch. Most of them don’t even give you a phone call. I would definately recommend Shane and Staff to everyone. Have already told all our friends.

We are extremely happy with the great job Shane and the team did installing new aluminium railings and aluminium steps to our back patio. Not one hitch was encountered with the installation as there were some tricky measurements to complete the stair railings.
Shane always kept intouch with us, and all tradies were on time.
I can’t believe how good the back patio area looks now. Thanks Shane.

Just a short note on how pleased we are with the quality and workmanship by Advanced Home Improvements on our recently constructed caravan port. Both Wayne and Shane were very professional in there approach, dealing with council applications and finally the finished product.

This is the second time we have used Advanced Home Improvements for renovation work and once again Shane/Wayne and the crew have surpassed our expectations!
The quality of their work in adding a front porch to our cottage has really enhanced our property and our neighbour’s are also commenting on how cute the front of the house looks. So not only has Shane prevented ‘potential’ neighbourhood disputes he has also improved on the ascetics of the street.
Marg and I would happily recommend Advanced Home Improvements to anyone requiring building work. They focus on premium quality at a competitive price and are honest and reliable.

What a transformation to what was a small covered outdoor area to now a space full of posibillity. We are so pleased with the outcome from Shane and Richard and would highly recommend Advanced Home Improvements to all. They are very easy to work with and in our case extremely accommodating in regards to some cafe blinds we were given.

Hi Shane and crew,
Finally got a few minutes to type up a thank-you for the patio roof.
The roof is a fly-over made from AusDeck insulated corrugated iron. The colours, gutters, etc all match and tie in perfectly with the existing roof and almost no floor space has been consumed – only four 10mmx10mm aluminium posts with concealed mounts in a 60m2 area.
The patio is an L-shape with existing roof having two hips and troughs and five different roof angles to content with, making the design tricky.
The whole process was seamless, fast and pain-free and significantly cheaper than the competition – we fail to see what we would have got for a LOT more dollars elsewhere. All the reasons why I like using small, long-standing, local, family businesses.

The quality and aesthetics of the build is beyond our expectations and we love the massive outdoor area we can now use all year round, regardless of the weather. The kids are so happy that they will be able to play in the shade in summer and be able to go outside even when it is raining. This translates to reduce stressed for us by not having to deal with two terrors with ‘cabin fever’!
We have also been able to reclaim our rumpus room by finally being able to permanently relocate the outdoor table setting OUTSIDE.
Even the certifier that came out to sign off on the job commented on how good it looked and on how well respected Shane and his father are.
We would recommend Shane and the team at Advanced Home Improvement to anyone looking to do an extension or pation roof and would use him again if we do any further works.

Shane and his team recently demolished and rebuilt our outdoor living area. Shane and his team were excellent – from start to finish. The new living area is a joy to share with friends or just spend a lazy afternoon catching a cool breeze. Thank you Advanced Home Improvements for such a great job.

My partner and I are newbies to the renovation scene and were very nervous about finding the right person to build our deck as you hear so many horror stories of reno’s gone bad. However after our first meeting with Shane we knew we had found the right person for the job. Shanes attention to detail and communication was second to none as the end results speak for themselves..
We would highly recommend and have no hesitation in using Shane and his amazing crew for future improvements.

About 18 months ago, Shane and his team significantly extended our small back patio. The design and construction flows seamlessly from our existing house and represents the best money we have spent on our house. It is constantly enjoyed by the family and particularly active grandchildren. We requested a roof line raised to the rear so as to catch the summer breezes which also exposes itself to any strong winds. After 18 months, several thunderstorms and strong winds, the patio has no leaks, cracks, creaks, rattles or fading paint. A very strong, reliable and durable job. Thanks Shane.
