Design criteria was for a larger area overlooking the pool. New large deck was built with flyover roof to replace the smaller unroofed deck.
- In the new deck construction stairs were added to make this area more useable between pool and deck area
- Side privacy screen was added to side to screen out neighbours
- Insulated flyover roof was a great asset to this deck as it made useability all year round
